Hi! Pleasure to meet you, I’m Ana.

I specialise in enabling Sustainable High Performance for businesses and individuals. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I combine solution-focused coachingNeuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness and Positive Psychology with real-world Leadership Development and Team management techniques.

The truth is, I have always felt a strong calling to help others and protect the planet, and I thank my wonderful family for it. This sense of duty led me to complete a BSc in Environmental Sciences. During my years in London I worked with teams and senior leadership in the climate change and sustainability space across multiple industries, including roles as Program Manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment (EMEA), consultant, and senior advisor at an international tech startup. However, thanks to these experiences and my line manager role, I finally reconnected my true passion: understanding human behavior and helping people be the best, happier and fulfilled version of themselves.

I created ATLAS for Work because I have seen firsthand that technical skills alone aren't enough to reach long-lasting success for both, people and companies. Unresolved conflicts, burnout, loss of focus, and leadership challenges result from gaps in interpersonal and people management skills. Research confirms what I've witnessed: sustainable business success depends on people and leadership development. That's what Atlas is here to deliver.

I have a specific focus on Women in STEM and leadership, because as a woman with a background as a leader in STEM myself, I am deeply passionate about helping other women shine and reach their full potential. My aim is to support them in breaking gender dynamics and redefining who they want to be in the workplace, on their own terms.

My approach

As a person with a science background, I understand that a good job is the one that is based on science and facts. I also strongly believe that we learn best hands-on, therefore at ATLAS, I combine science-based knowledge with practical exercises that will reshape the way people think and behave in the business, to enable lasting changes towards high performance.

My ambition is to provide life-long tools for individuals and teams, that help them reach both personal and professional success. Because the breeding ground for Sustainable High Performance is people with fulfilling careers that bring them joy, purpose and satisfaction at work.
