Hi, I’m Ana, I specialise in enabling Sustainable High Performance for companies and individuals. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I combine solution-focused coaching with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness and Positive Psychology.

During my years in London I worked with teams and senior leadership across multiple industries, including roles as Program Manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment (EMEA), sustainability consultant, and senior advisor at an international tech startup. Through these experiences and my line manager role, I reconnected my true passion: understanding human behavior and helping people reach their full potential.

I created Atlas for Work because I've seen firsthand that technical skills alone aren't enough. Unresolved conflicts, burnout, loss of focus, and leadership challenges stem from gaps in interpersonal skills and people management. Research confirms what I've witnessed: sustainable business success depends on people and leadership development. That's what Atlas is here to deliver.

My ambition is to provide life-long tools for individuals and teams, that help them reach both personal and professional success, whilst developing fulfilling careers that bring joy, purpose and satisfaction.

I strongly believe that we learn best hands-on, therefore I combine knowledge with practical exercises to enable long-lasting changes.
